Raymond Rouse Speaker Bio:Ray Rouse founded Rouse Enterprises in 1998 to provide consulting services in a wide range of areas involving information technology in support of globalization. These services have included computer security compliance review and project management, business and technology aspects of globalization, partnerships in information technology and human resource systems, and consulting on workforce development systems.
Prior to founding Rouse Enterprises, Ray served in many management positions at Xerox Corporation for 29 years. His responsibilities have included software and operating systems development, data center operations, customer service applications support, and workforce training and organization development. In his last assignment Ray was responsible for the development and implementation of a global application which provided all
employees with competency assessment feedback and development action planning. Ray received his B.S. in Mathematics in 1964 and taught high school for two years. He received his M.S. in Computer Systems Management in 1976. He lives with his wife Mary Anne and two daughters in Rochester, NY. Ray has also served in many administrative capacities as a Baha'i over 35 years, and as president of the nonprofit Creative Response.
