If you are a Global e-Business enabler or a global management consulting organization, we would like to invite you to participate in the Global Solutions Showcase at the Third
Globalisation Management Strategies Conference. We are bringing together not only strategy, research, and the how-to's of marketing but also the needed technology to

The display tables will be set up around the perimeter of the meeting room in which the
Plenary sessions will be held, and we invite you to join the Conference Sessions and all events pertaining to the Conference itself. Should you wish to join the Tutorials, this will be a separate registration fee.
The Showcase will take place on Thursday and Friday, November 9 and 10, only.
Table top displays will be set up for your usage. You may supply your own backdrops,
portable booths or any materials that you deem necessary to enhance your display.
Space is limited, so make your reservation today.

Dismantling time: Friday, November 10: After 5:30 p.m.
Security: While every effort will be made to provide security for materials and equipment while in the
Hotel, neither Global Meeting Services Inc., nor the Embassy Suites Hotel San Francisco Airport, will assume responsibility for loss or damage to Showcase property.
Application deadline: To confirm your space, a Showcase order form with fee must be completed and returned to the address given below by November 1, 2000

Showcase Registration Fee: US $1,200.00
****Please note: This registration fee entitles the Showcase holder to one (1) booth
manager plus an additional one (1) booth attendant only. Name badges will be assigned to those indicated on the registration form only. Substitutions are permitted up to 2 days prior to the Conference.
Refreshment breaks, luncheons, and our special event dinner are included in this fee.
Showcase participants are responsible for all material handling to and from the Conference and any costs thereof.

This majestic hotel is located on magical San Francisco Bay, two miles south of San
Francisco International Airport, 16 miles from downtown, 26 miles from San Jose/Silicon Valley and 90 minutes from Napa Valley and Monterey.

Conference rates: $169.00 single room per night
$184.00 double room per night (2 people sharing)
