Kevin Cavanaugh
Speaker Bio:
Kevin Cavanaugh, is Vice President of International Product Development at Lotus Development. In this position, Cavanaugh directs an international staff responsible for developing new products and upgrades for Lotus markets in Europe as well as Asia. He manages development centers in Dublin, Tokyo, Singapore, Taipei, Seoul, and Beijing.
Kevin has held a variety of positions in the software industry over the last 20 years in business software, electronic publishing, and CAD/CAM. He has worked in a variety of countries around the world including both Asia and Europe. He has a BA from Yale University, and a Masters degree from MIT. At MIT he worked at the Architecture Machine Group - a precursor of the MIT Media Lab. Kevin is a member of the Unicode Board of Directors.
