Theodore L. Dale Speaker Bio:
Mr. Dale has been Managing Director of Meridian Resources Associates since its inception in 1990, when he played a pivotal role in the development of the acclaimed six-part video training series Working with Japan. Since
that time he has also led the production of the Working with China, Globally Speaking, Managing in China and Living & Working in Asia video series.
He continues to be actively involved in the company's development of top-of-the-line intercultural training materials and interactive multimedia and web tools on doing business in countries around the globe.
Over the past ten years Mr. Dale has led training programs and consulted at a wide range of firms including companies such as Adobe Systems, AT&T, Apple Computer, Cadence Design, Cisco Systems, Ford Motor Company, Fujitsu,
General Motors, Hitachi America, Hewlett-Packard, The Gap, Silicon Graphics, Sony, Sybase, Synopsys and Xerox.
Mr. Dale was born and raised in Japan, where he spent the first 20 years of his life. He received his B.A. from the University of Colorado in Boulder and his M.A. from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in
Monterey, California, where he formerly taught as an adjunct professor.
